"Reflections and Reflex within the Yin & Yang-like Flow of Movement in Close Embrace" Christy shares with you her insightful knowledge and experience of how to use your embrace to inspire your partner's tango.

3:00 – 4:30 pm Milonga (Ultra Advanced)

Ultra Advanced Milonga Traspie - The most fun you can possibly have dancing the Milonga!

4:30 – 6:00 pm Tango & Vals (Ultra Advanced)

New figures from George & Christy's soon to be released Dance Vision Gold level instruction DVD. Includes follower's back sacadas, short trajectory boleos and more with plenty of technique and embellishments!

The last 15 minutes of each 90-minute class will be for practice and/or warm-up for next class. Please try to arrive early so you don’t miss anything. Private instruction is available, please contact Rich to schedule.

Cost for 90-Minute Group Classes: $30 per person per class. Register for multiple classes at once and save: 2 for $55, 3 for $80, 4 for $100, 5 for $110, or all get all 6 for $120.

Individual Private Instruction is $100 per hour per instructor, maximum of one couple per instructor, or a couple could work with both instructors for $140 per hour. Semi-private classes are $65 per couple per hour, led by both instructors with a minimum of three couples. Please contact Rich to schedule private and semi-private classes.

Christy Coté has been teaching Argentine Tango for 16 years and is one of San Francisco's most respected teachers. She also teaches at many tango festivals and tango communities around the country. Christy’s teaching method has been published in the Argentine Tango Manual by Dance Vision (www.dancevision.com). She is a founding member of the all female tango company, Tango Con*Fusión (www.tangoconfusion.com) with whom she performed in Leading Ladies of Tango at San Francisco’s Herbst Theater in 2006. The company has since performed in New York City and Chicago, as well as La Ideal and other locations in Buenos Aires. George Garcia has been teaching and performing dance for more than thirty years. teaching a variety of dances and for or the past fourteen years he has devoted his passion exclusively to the Argentine Tango. He is well known for his exquisite and elegant style of tango. He has taught and performed at various Tango festivals in the USA, and was a featured performer in the 2006 and 2007 Tango Libertad Show in Tokyo, Japan, where he also served as a judge of the World Tango Festival competitions. George is the founder of IslaTango and Hawaii's tango community. In Honolulu, he presents his innovative Argentine Tango Boot Camps and organizes workshops with visiting celebrity instructors from all over the world. In Hawaii’s growing Argentine Tango community, George instructs at the Honolulu Club, performs at various productions and is the host and DJ of the IslaTango Milongas and other special events.
